Etrom: The Astral Essence is a story about a somber future in which societies are divided by land as well as religion, law, and secrets. Gamers will pilot large ‘mechs and take on demons, dragons, and aggressive races as they explore 70 levels found in such areas as the Void Lands and the Dungeons of the Abyss. Designed to offer non-linear gameplay, Etrom features seven different endings. There is a variety of weaponry to collect, and gamers may take down their enemies face-to-face with an Astral Axe or defeat them from afar using heavy machine guns and hyper rifles. Armchair adventurers may collect over 500 different types of items and then use either a free or strategic inventory management system to keep track of each trinket.
