The game of Archlord features a system where guilds battle in massive wars to lay siege to, and capture, one of the castles in the world. The guilds occupying the castles then fight to decide who’ll be the next Archlord.
This type of large scale warfare is what makes the game of Archlord unique.
The new Archlord will have powers beyond imagination. He controls day & night, has bodyguards to protect him, he can call upon the heavens to cause a meteor shower doing damage all around and he has a dragon to fly him to places.
However, there is a price to pay for being the Archlord. Once you die, when fighting monsters or other players, you will come back to life as a normal player. No more Archlord, no more powers.
For this, other people will hunt you. Not everyone agrees to the ruling of the Archlord. Many will try, and many will die.
