Blizzard issued details for the upcoming World of Warcraft patch 7.2, The Tombs of Sargeras, which includes a new raid and a lot more activities for players.
The story will continue with players taking the fight to the Broken Shore. Blizzard said on the World of Warcraft website that where factions failed, the Class Order will succeed. Every player class will continue their campaign by helping with building the Legionfall base and establish a foothold on the island. From there on, they will have to work through Burning Legion’s defenses to reach and take down the stronghold.
The players will have to work together as a team in order to accomplish this goal. World of Warcraft is known for granting rewards to good team play since the beginning, and with Legion opposing as a threat to both the Horde and the Alliance, it’s time for players to get together against a common enemy and rid the world of the Burning Legion.
Additionally to the Class Order Campaign, the players will be able to access a new raid, the Tomb of Sargeras. They will have to acquire the fifth Pillar of Creation from the Nighthold, then delve into the depths of the Tomb of Sargeras. The new raid will feature nine new bosses for players to defeat. As they get through the raid, the players will need to seal the portal that Legion uses to enter Azeroth.
The Tomb of Sargeras patch will give players a new dungeon as well, it is called the Cathedral of Eternal Light. A long time has passed since Blizzard introduced a new dungeon in World of Warcraft, so the inclusion of Cathedral of Eternal Light will be a welcome sight for many players. While they descend into the depths of the Tomb of Sargeras in the raid, players doing the dungeon will have to ascend the spire of the Cathedral to take on enemies that are hidden.
The new patch includes a lot more additions, such as Artifact updates, PvP brawls, updates to flying on the Broken Isles, and Legion assaults. Even though the patch was announced, there is no release date set, at least for now. Blizzard have plans to remake the patch prior to 7.2, 7.1.5, which will have some fixes along some new content.
