A YouTube channel by the name of Arekkz Gaming has given fans a look at 20 minutes gameplay from Ubisoft’s upcoming title South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
Ubisoft, in order to promote South Park: The Fractured But Whole, used a lot of its resources over the past few months in order to create clips involving the title’s gameplay, such as the combat driven footage shown in the 2016 gamescom trailer. A lot of fans will agree that these bite sized snippets of action and in game materials have been appetizing, they caused an even greater craving for more gameplay from the studio’s forthcoming South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
Thankfully, the YouTube channel Arekkz Gaming was able to come up with a 20 minute video of gameplay from South Park: The Fractured But Whole. The clip is focused on the beginning of the game, showing how players embody the role of the New Kid from The Stick of Truth to take on superhero attributes, rather than the previous medieval and fantasy elements.
Arrekz was able to create his own character while he was trying out the release’s basic mechanics and battle system, and he also got the chance to experience the game while wearing Ubisoft’s satirical fart smelling VR headset, also known as the Nosulus Rift, which is a parody of the Oculus Rift. It’s safe to say that the developer will not sell the Oculus Rift parody headset with the release of The Fractured But Whole, but Arrekz attests it to the rancid nature of the scents coming out of that piece of technology.
With the offensive humor and outlandish narrative of The Fractured But Whole projecting all the essential comedic notes of South Park proper, it would make sense to know that the show’s creators are involved with the development in the game. With that being the case, fans are assuredly experiencing eager anticipation for the game’s impending release.
